Community Hub

How does it work?

It’s very simple. Why not be a local hub for your community.

It saves you, your family, friends, neighbours and local community on delivery and we separate each of the orders for everyone so it is easy, secure and safe to collect. Your drop location needs to be suitable for social distancing collection such as a garage or isolated barn.

Free delivery criteria for a hub location is a value of £250 or more.

What is the process?

Step 1: Sign up as a community hub location with us.  Tell us who is in your hub so we know which orders to group together.

Step 2: Within your group, agree a 12 hour order window. Each person in the group places their own order on www.directdeliver.co.uk. The co-ordinator confirms to us how many orders are to be grouped together.

Step 3: We package each order separately and deliver to you within 72 hours.

Who delivers the order?

It will either be:

One of our friendly fleet drivers. They will drop off when in your area each week.  We will let you know the order deadline timings for this when you sign up.

Or one of our trusted distribution partners who have been delivering for many years across the UK.

How can I get the word out?

As word of mouth is tough at the current time we will provide you with some social media material and e-mail details, so you can let your local family, friends and neighbours know you are going to be a directdeliver.co.uk Hub, and includes details on the website and product range.

What is my reward?

As a thank you for helping your local community we will give you 5% of the order value of your hub as a discount on your order.

How do I sign up?

e-mail us via the contact us form or drop us a note with your name, address and contact details and one of the team will be in touch to set you up orders@directdeliver.co.uk

It’s that simple.

Stay safe and keep your distance while helping the local community.
